Bookkeeping + Advisory

Advanced bookkeeping combined with expert advisory services to help you make informed financial decisions and grow your business.

When you book your initial Clarity Call with us, we will be able to cater your monthly package based on your needs (pricing is ultimately determined based on transactional volume and complexity). All bookkeeping tiers are subject to a one-time setup fee, which includes initial account organization, system integration, and a tailored onboarding process to ensure a seamless start.

Package Add-Ons

Sales or Property Tax Preparation

$250/filing

  • Calculation and submission of sales or property taxes

  • $250 per state or jurisdiction

Payroll Support

$200/month

  • Payroll processed through Gusto (subscription included)

  • $200 per month for up to 5 employees in one state

  • Additional employees or contractors: $10 per month each

  • Additional States: $50 per month

  • Includes annual W-2 and 1099 distribution

  • State and federal payroll taxes remitted as required

Historical Data Preservation

$75/hour

  • Transfer completed bookkeeping data from your previous accounting system into Xero to maintain year-over-year comparisons

Additional Services

Clean-Up Services

$75/hour

  • Correcting and fixing any errors in your bookkeeping software

  • Bank reconciliations for all current accounts

  • Switching to Xero, including full setup

Review and Advise

$75/hour

  • Review of your current financials to evaluate accuracy

  • A meeting to discuss findings and outline next steps

  • A list of recommendations to clean up your books and a plan to move forward

  • A project outline and pricing provided during the wrap-up meeting
