Package Add-Ons

Sales or Property Tax Prep
$250/filing

  • Calculation and submission of sales or property taxes

  • $250 for each state or jurisdiction

Payroll Support
$200/month

  • Payroll provided on Gusto (subscription included)

  • $200 per month for up to 5 employees and one state

  • Additional employees or contractors $10/mo/ea

  • More than one state additional $50/mo

  • Includes yearly W2 and 1099 distribution

  • Income taxes remitted to states and IRS as required

Additional Services

Clean-Up Services
$75/hour

  • Correcting and fixing any errors in your bookkeeping software

  • Bank reconciliations for all current bank accounts

  • Switching to Xero accounting software (set-up)

Review and Advise
$75/hour

  • Review current financial books in your accounting software to evaluate the accuracy of the content.

  • A meeting after the initial review to discuss findings and advise next steps.

  • Listing of recommendations and suggestions to clean up your books and a plan to proceed.

  • A project outline and pricing for the above suggestions will be provided during the wrap-up meeting.

Historical Data Preservation $75/hour

  • Transfer prior and completed bookkeeping data from a prior accounting system to Xero to maintain the ability to complete year-over-year comparisons.
